Available Volunteer Roles & Descriptions

Setup & Breakdown Crew

Be part of the team that brings the event to life! You'll help set up decorations, tables, signage, and all event materials before the event starts. Afterward, you’ll assist with packing up and ensuring everything is left in great condition.

Guest Relations

Assist guests by providing information, guiding them to event areas, and answering any questions they may have. You'll help make the event a comfortable and welcoming experience for everyone.

Event Ambassadors

Get the crowd energized! As an Event Ambassador, you’ll facilitate introductions, encourage networking, and ensure that guests feel comfortable and engaged throughout the event.

Talphah Ambassadors

Represent Talphah Business Solutions at the event! Help promote the brand, assist with event questions, and ensure the guests have a top-tier experience. Your role is key to making sure everyone feels welcome and informed.

Bless and Thrive Ambassadors

As a Bless and Thrive Ambassador, you’ll encourage networking, represent our mission, and promote the power of community! You’ll also help encourage donations for the initiative, helping small businesses and entrepreneurs rise, shine, and thrive.

LIVE Social Media & Content Creation

Capture all the excitement of the Talphah Summer Bash! You’ll take photos, shoot videos, and create real-time content to share across social media. Your creativity will help showcase the event and keep the buzz alive on our platforms.

Vendor Assistance

Support our vendors to ensure they have everything they need for a successful event. You'll assist with booth setup, answer any questions they have, and ensure they have a seamless experience throughout the day.

Raffle & Giveaway Coordinator

Help manage the raffle and giveaway process! From distributing tickets to announcing winners, you’ll keep things running smoothly while making sure the fun giveaways bring excitement to the event.

Speed Networking Facilitators

Help make connections happen! As a Speed Networking Facilitator, you’ll guide participants through the speed networking process, ensure the timing runs smoothly, and encourage meaningful interactions. You’ll help guests make the most out of their networking experience, facilitating connections that could lead to future partnerships or collaborations. Your energy and organization will ensure the session is a success!
